Joey J Yoga is bringing us this event on the 7th March 2020 3pm . It's a time to connect with your body enjoy some relaxation and stretching techniques that you can take away with you to use at home.
We are so proud to be able to provide you this beautiful movement with heart and soul in mind too. 2 hrs of bliss wrapped up in a very affordable package of $25 only per person.

Yoga is a Yin slow stretch and release class
Step 30 , Focusing on a fitness step class.
Why is it important to do all of these workouts?
We should do all types of workouts because it helps our body maintain strength, be flexible and keep us well to then carry out the tasks we need to do during our day and weekly life. You can do all of these types of exercise at your own level, you can walk instead of run or sprint instead of run. You can use lighter weights or heavier ones it is so dependent on you what level you are at now, just to begin. We can look at ways you want to progress and we can help you find your form if you have never done these workouts before.
