It's important to feed , move, rest, in physical tangible ways, also the emotional helps us to balance our bodies too, laugh, cry, enjoy, persevere and encourage others. These are just as important for healthy living.
When we laugh we feel good, when we cry it restores us, when we persevere it brings a sense of achievement, encouraging others brings a warmth and deepens our character we all feel good when we've helped someone or brightened someones day. It's okay to feel angry, to be sad and any other supposed negative emotion is also good for us as long as we don't stay there and can understand that it is just for a time but we must keep moving.

Walking is number one, walking is actually more important than anything because most of us can walk it helps you feel the outside elements, it gives you breath in your lungs, cardiovascular movement is important for our heart muscle. It is doable for someone whom has never exercised before. Weight bearing exercises are important for our bones walking is a weight bearing exercise.
Get outside, being outside refreshes us, fresh air is so important for our lungs, also important for our immunity

Drink water, water helps with waste removal, our bodies are so good at eliminating and working like a furnace that we must replenish clear our kidneys and liver in order that we remain healthy. Our bodies are 70-80 % water so it makes sense we drink it. It also helps us to regulate our bodies temperature
