The weather certainly makes us snuggle up in doors at times. So it's really important not to forget the importance of getting out and working your lungs in the fresh air. Taking a trip to the beach or mountain walk are great ways to ensure you stay fresh and feel alive!
Today is perfect we've had so much rain the last week. So take a walk and look after yourself.
Tips for healthy living
Get fresh air more than once a week
Air your house opening windows and blinds and curtains
Exercise for at least 30mins three times a wk cardiovascular Way ( HIIT , brisk walk, jog, run, cycle, rower, )
Eat fresh veges every meal and fruit twice a day ...
