Here at Pilates 101 we are a Mat Studio, we do everything on the mat. We use some props, including balls, bands and blocks. We are a traditional class style, following Joseph Pilates and his movement for change.
Focusing on contrology, controlled movements in succession often slowly executed exercises.

Pilates is for everyone, we can also take your teenagers too, from the age of 13 people can attend Pilates 101.
