Your hydration is really important around this time of year ...
8-10 glasses a day and then more if you’re exercising and sweating . Be sure to drink through out the day keep a balanced approach a glass or two on waking, one or two at morning tea, one or two around lunch and one or two around afternoon time then again at dinner and before bed.
