This holiday period we have looked at a few really good life hacks to keep you on track. Our last one featured sleep and how important it is. However maybe you are restless every night and never really get comfortable?
So here’s the inside scoop. 1. you must sleep on your side 2. The pillow height is important so make sure the depth of your pillow is right for you. If your head is not straight this will put pressure on your cervical spine ( your neck ) 3. If you have other symptomatic pain from previous injuries then please ask Jo for help with these.
