After your daily walk follow through with some stretching,
1. Hamstring stretch, with Pilates circle or a band you can also use a towel. 2. Sciatica stretch, Hug your right knee into your chest then bring it across your body keeping your shoulders and opposite hip on the floor. Hold stretches for 30sec do each side.
