Here at Pilates 101 we are excited to be passed the shortest day of the year!
That means we are closer to warmer months, so have you joined us yet? If not we really do have lots on offer!
Our specialty Pilates Classes are an hour long, Mon Tues and Wed 6pm Sat 8am
HIIT for half an hour four times a week!... Mon Wed 5.30pm and Tues and Thurs 6am
Mixing up work outs means we are well on the way to a balanced body. It's important to look after what we have and a mix of both helps to bring healing, strength, flexibility and core control.
Be in control of your body and work it enough that it is strong, stretch enough that you help muscles unwind. Be controlled in your abdominals to give your back the relief it needs....
Later in July we begin our Gold Coast City Active and Healthy Programme this class is a community class for limited dollars ensuring you can access it and bring your friends also it gives people in the community to be active and healthy without blowing the budget.
Wed 12th July 6am , Upper Coomera Community Centre for $3 only.
