So it is just as important when you have down time that you don't become completely sedentary so we invented a time line for you to follow and a quoting system for your life. If you happen to have time in your office at work, or downtime where you are watching movies, playing games with family, when ever you are sitting or could sit for longer periods of time that you follow this simple rule, hop up and move around every 15-20 minutes.
