HIIT STANDS FOR HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING OUR HIIT CLASSES ARE 30MINS IN DURATION
AT PILATES 101 We incorporate cardiovascular training and weights exercises into our Hiit classes. Core control work is done at the end with a few simple stretches to follow. You will become fitter, stronger and more aware of your body and how to perform certain movements. We are the best in the business at being able to get the best out of you for form and function, this is what we are good at and do really well. There is no need to worry if you have never attended these classes before Jo will guide you and help you get the best out of your session. If you have had an injury or feel uncomfortable please make an appointment before you attend your next class so we can go over any necessary changes or modifications.
